Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from, or using, negosyoplans.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase our products.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and other persons who access or use the Website.

Section 2

Products and Services

Negosyo Plans sells digital business blueprint documents ("Blueprints") in PDF and spreadsheet format. These are downloadable digital products designed to help OFWs and aspiring Filipino entrepreneurs plan and start a business in the Philippines.

All products are delivered electronically via a secure email link. No physical products are shipped. Delivery details are covered in Section 7 — Delivery.

Section 3

License Grant

This license is granted to you personally and may not be transferred to any other individual, business, or organization. Purchase of a blueprint entitles one person to use it for one business venture.

Section 4

Intellectual Property

All blueprints, content, and materials published by Negosyo Plans — including text, financial models, supplier data, checklists, graphics, and design elements — are owned by Negosyo Plans and protected by Philippine copyright law (R.A. 8293, the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines) and international intellectual property treaties.

The name "Negosyo Plans", our logo, and all related marks are proprietary. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

Section 5

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following:

• Reselling or redistributing any Negosyo Plans blueprint, in whole or in part
• Sharing your blueprint access link with others who have not purchased the product
• Using blueprint content to create competing products, templates, or services
• Removing, altering, or obscuring any brand markings, watermarks, license numbers, or copyright notices
• Uploading blueprints to any file-sharing website, torrent, or public cloud storage
• Using our content in AI training datasets without our explicit written consent

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your license and legal action to recover damages.

Section 6

Payment and Pricing

• Currency: Prices on this site are displayed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Card payments processed by Stripe are charged in USD (United States Dollars); GCash and Maya payments processed by PayMongo are charged in PHP (Philippine Pesos). USD equivalents shown on the site are based on an approximate exchange rate and are for reference — the USD amount charged by Stripe is the authoritative price for card transactions.
• Payment processor: All payments are handled securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayMongo (GCash, Maya). We do not collect, process, or store your payment card or account details.
• Price changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase is the price you will be charged — existing purchases will always be honored at the price paid.
• Promotional codes: Discount codes are applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

Section 7

Delivery

• Delivery method: A secure "Open My Blueprint" link is emailed to the address you used at checkout within 2–4 minutes of payment confirmation. The link is valid for 4 hours.
• Spam filters: We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by spam filters, full inboxes, or incorrect email addresses entered at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.
• Late delivery: If you have not received your download link within 1 hour of purchase, contact us at support@negosyoplans.com or via WhatsApp and we will resolve it promptly.
• Re-access: If your link has expired (4-hour window), email support@negosyoplans.com with your order email address and we will send a new access link within 24 hours.

Section 9

Disclaimer of Warranties

Supplier prices, contact details, permit requirements, and market conditions may change over time. We update our blueprints annually but cannot guarantee that all information is current at the time of your use.

THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Negosyo Plans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase or use of any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:

• The Electronic Commerce Act (R.A. 8792)
• The Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (R.A. 8293)
• The Philippine Data Privacy Act (R.A. 10173)
• The Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394)

Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. EU and UK customers retain statutory rights under their local consumer protection laws, which these Terms do not limit.
